Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) used to perform Itikaf everyyear in the month of Ramadan for ten days, and when it was the year of hisdeath, he stayed in Itikaf for twenty days.
